【記者林明華台南報導】台南市議會定期大會7日將進行市政總質詢議程，市長賴清德6日宣布，他將接受書面質詢，他和市府一級主管不進議會。
賴清德上午召開記者會說，因市議會民進黨團不接受程序委員會未合法組成，加上李全教未回應他提的兩項要求，也就是公開向社會誠實道歉，及承諾不再干擾司法審判。因此，他將接受書面質詢。
賴清德指出，他接受書面質詢，契合地方制度法的要求，也希望社會持續關注市議會賄選案。
賴清德強調，若是市議員不提書面質詢，他也尊重。2015/7/6
